Going into the third, the game at 2-1 in favor of the Boston Bruins, the B's score once again to make the game 3-1 in favor of the bruins. The sabres begin to panic and with 2:47 second left to go in the third the sabres net was empty and Ryan Miller, Olympic All-Star, was on the bench.

The Bruins will play Philadelphia if Montreal beats Washington in Game 7 on Wednesday night, or Pittsburgh if the Capitals beat the Canadiens in the only Eastern Conference series still in doubt.
