The bruins play back in boston tonight for game 6 of the first round in the fight to the Stanly Cup. After winning three games straight, the B's lost friday night 4-1 after playing their worst game so far this post season.
Changes in each teams line up will alter the intensity of the game tonight with the smell of Marc Savard possibly coming back for game six tonight, Milan lucic and Marco Sturm, Both have been very cold this post season, Move from the top two left wings on the team to rotating lines as claude Julien tries to get every bit of offense sqweezed out of them. Combined, the two have had 20 shots on goal, 0 goals and 0 assist in the last five post-season games. Not cool, Lucic, although he has fought some this post season, he has steadily lost his reputation of a bad ass and just become a little pansy, whats up with that?
The B's Must come out on their toes tonight, sharp and ready to go. They also need to "Man-up", take big hits and give big hits, its the name of the game. They need to skate hard, in game 5, the b's were outskated, out shot and out hit.

WOW, what show the bruins put on last night. Seems to be the B's need something to play for in the post-season. Since game 2, the sabres have scored right off the bat in the first to catch an early lead, but each game, much like last night, the bruins erase the deficit. A quick goal from Kennedy in the first followed by a lousy goal by cock sucker Steve Montador put the bruins down 2 after 2.
Rask made 9 saves in the third period along with a power play goal from David Krejic and a goal line shot by Patrice Bergeron. This tied the game up and the TD Garden was-a-rumbling.
OT - 23 saves for rask, 23 saves for miller going into OT.
The Bruins’ Tuukka Rask and the Sabres’ Ryan Miller were like two masked men in an old western movie, trading shots –- saves in this case –- on some dirt road in the middle of a showdown. Both were tremendous in overtime.
Miroslav Satan scored a power-play goal at 7:41 of the second OT to give Boston the victory over Buffalo. The Bruins lead the series 3-1. “I saw him coming out and made a move to the side, then I had an empty net,” said Satan. “It was great. It was a tough game, a long game. It’s finally over and we have a 3-1 lead.”
The Bruins go back to Buffalo Friday for game five of the Series, A win Friday will seal the deal.

With Many goals kicked into his own goal Dennis Wideman finally put one in the right net last night to tie the sabres mid-period. Potential, "Rookie-of-the-year" (should be tuukka Rask) Matt Ellis, got absolutely ROCKED by Johnny Boychuk to give the bruins Momentum in the 3rd. Ellis immediately went to the locker room but would return late in the game. Bergeron and Recchi have been two of the most consistent Bruins in this question mark of a season that’s seen more down performers than up. No surprise, then, that the two connected — Bergeron, serving as the high guy on the play, slammed a one-timer between Miller’s once-magic pads — for the goal that gave the Bruins a 2-1 lead in the series.
The Bruins Play again Wednesday night at 7 PM, In Boston at the TD Banknorth Garden.
